This is the Stegmeier FMDEA, the end adapter fitting for the Flowmaster commercial deck drain. It is the genuine Stegmeier part.

Where it goes

Flowmaster is a channel drain that runs along a pool deck and carries surface water away. The end adapter sits where a run finishes and hands the water off to the drainage plumbing. Without it the channel simply stops, so every run that ties into a line needs one.

Buying for a whole run

Stegmeier builds a family of fittings around this drain: side and down adapters, a tee, a coupler and a 90 degree fitting, each ordered on its own. The easiest way to buy is to sketch the full layout first, count the corners, outlets and joints, then order the fittings to match. It saves the second trip that deck drain projects are known for.
