One-Step Bond Kote, part number PBBKOS, is a surface preparation product supplied in a 65 lb bag. It is the coat that goes onto a prepared pool shell ahead of a new finish.

Where it sits in the job

Resurfacing is a sequence, and the bond coat is the step that decides whether the new finish stays attached to the old shell. This is that step, sold as a one step product rather than a separate primer and slurry.

Bags are contractor sized at 65 lb, and a pool takes several of them, so work out coverage from the manufacturer instructions before you order. Larger quantities can be quoted rather than bought a bag at a time.
