This is the Maytronics 9995389-EX motor unit for Dolphin robotic pool cleaners. It fits the S50, the Active 10, the Prowler 910, the E10 and the Escape.

About the EXCHANGE sticker

The sticker on the motor reads EXCHANGE. That marking denotes only that the motor is not pre-installed in a cleaner and is being supplied as a replacement. It is not a refurbished part.

When the motor is the answer

The motor unit is the heart of these cleaners: it drives the tracks and moves water through the filter. A Dolphin that powers up and lights up but will not move, or that moves but no longer pulls water, has usually reached the end of the motor unit rather than a wiring or power supply fault. Confirm the diagnosis before ordering, since this is the most expensive single part in the cleaner.
