Description

The Harwil Q-12DS-C2/SUN860 is a flow switch supplied together with the tee it mounts into. It proves that water is actually moving in the line before the equipment it protects is allowed to run.

Ratings

The contacts are single pole normally open and rated 300 VAC and 350 VDC at 0.5 A, 50 W. The body is rated to 250 psi and the switch responds across a flow range of 0.7 to 590 gpm, so it suits both small loops and full size circulation plumbing.

Fitting

The connection is 1/2 inch MPT into the included tee. Because the tee is part of the package, a replacement swap needs no extra plumbing fitting, only the pipe work to bring the tee into the line.
