Description

This is the Frank Wall Enterprises step gasket, part number SG-12550, supplied as a 50 foot roll.

How it is supplied

Buying gasket on a roll means you cut the lengths the job actually needs rather than working around fixed pieces. Fifty feet covers a step reseal with material left over, which is why it is a sensible thing to keep on a shelf.

A note on fitting

Gasket material only performs as well as the surface it is pressed onto. Clean both mating faces properly and remove the old gasket and any adhesive residue before you lay the new one, or the joint will weep regardless of how good the gasket is.
