We have had a situation where a number of the above models were manufactured with two different hinges. This has been corrected in production from November 2011 but there will still be stock in the field which may exhibit this issue of the door failing to close fully.
If you are called to a unit where this is the case you will need to change the hinges and the hinge supports. A simple check to see if the hinges and supports require replacement is to open the oven door to approximately 30° from the horizontal and release it. If the door falls open then the hinges and supports should be changed.
