Description

The Pentair 476072 is the propane gas conversion kit for the ETi 400 pool heater. It is the genuine Pentair part, supplied for converting an ETi 400 to LP fuel.

What it is for

A heater is built and certified around one fuel. When the ETi 400 has to run on propane instead, the manufacturer conversion kit is what makes that change properly, rather than adjusting the heater by hand or fitting parts from elsewhere.

Who should install it

This is gas work. A licensed gas technician should carry out the conversion, set the heater up and confirm it is operating correctly before it goes back into service. Doing that also keeps the installation on the right side of local code.
