Description

This is a 2″ multiport valve, part number A0553645. The source carries it with Praher as the brand and also shows it under Jandy, so if you are cross referencing an old invoice you may find it either way. The part number is the same in both cases.

How it is listed

It is described as a multiport side mount DE valve kit for 2″ plumbing with a 45 degree elbow, in plastic. A multiport valve is the single body at the filter that decides where water goes, so one handle covers what would otherwise be a set of separate valves to sequence by hand.

What it does not fit

The listing carries a specific exclusion: it is not for use with the DEV 2″ side mount. Check which side mount you have before ordering, and compare port spacing and orientation against the valve coming off the filter.
