Tecmark makes a large family of pressure switches that share a housing and differ in thread, rating and set point. They are almost impossible to tell apart by eye. Read the part number stamped on the switch you are removing and confirm it reads 4010P before ordering.

When a switch is the fault

Pressure switches sit in warm, damp equipment and cycle every time the system runs, so they wear out ahead of most of what they protect. A switch that makes late, makes intermittently or stops making at all presents as a control fault, and it is worth ruling out before anyone replaces a board.
